Happy Friday everyone! Here at the Windward Clubhouse, we celebrated Friday by having a healthy cooking class and making a fun treat! We made trail mix! Check out the recipe below if you want to try to make it at home. We hope everyone has a happy and safe weekend!
2 cups low-sugar, whole-grain cereal – Whole grains give you energy to run and play

1 cup dried fruit (we used cranberries) – Fruits have vitamins that help your eyes and skin
1 cup sunflower seeds – Sunflower seeds help keep you healthy
1 cup dark chocolate – Dark chocolate can be good for your heart
